Customized strategies to build, target, and convert your ideal audience.

A reference for our team, partners, and collaborators — covering every element of our visual identity, brand voice, and client messaging.

About the brand

Elevated Audience is a full-service digital marketing partner for businesses that want a real strategist, not an account number. We build, target, and convert the audience that actually buys — through website design, SEO, and paid search — and we report on it in plain English every month. Our clients own 100% of the data and analytics we collect. We are small on purpose: every account gets a named person who knows the business.

Visual Identity

Color Palette

The palette runs blue to navy. Elevated Blue and Deep Navy are the shared core — the exact colours of the logo, identical to Elevated HVAC Marketing. Elevated Blue is the signal that marks action and movement; it deepens through ocean blue into the navy that carries every dark section. What distinguishes Elevated Audience from its sibling brand is the gradient system below — used deliberately and consistently rather than decoratively — and the Gilroy typeface.

Elevated Blue

Shared core — the logo arrow, primary accent, CTAs, icons

Deep Navy

Shared core — the logo wordmark. Primary dark backgrounds, gradient endpoint

Bright Cyan

Button hover states, the lighter end of gradients

Ocean Blue

The deep end of the blue gradient

Border Blue

Hairline borders and outlined cards on navy

Ice Blue

Pale section washes, headline backdrops

Near Black

Headlines on light backgrounds, dark gradient end

Charcoal

The lighter end of the dark gradient

White

Card backgrounds, reversed type

Visual Identity

Typography

Gilroy sets everything — headlines and body copy alike. A single family carries the whole identity, and hierarchy comes from weight and size rather than from mixing typefaces. Gilroy is a geometric sans: clean, confident, and modern without being trend-driven.

MONTHLY REPORTING

Do

  • Use Gilroy Bold 700 for all headlines, display text, and buttons
  • Use Gilroy Regular 400 for body copy and Medium 500 for labels
  • Let weight and size carry hierarchy — one family is the point
  • Reserve Black 900 for large display moments only

Don't

  • Do not substitute another typeface — Gilroy is licensed; request the files rather than swapping in a lookalike
  • Do not use decorative, script, or novelty typefaces in brand materials
  • Do not set body copy in all caps
  • Do not use Light or Thin weights for headlines — they undercut authority

Brand Voice

Voice & Tone

Our voice is the voice of a senior strategist explaining something clearly to a business owner who is smart but not a marketer. Plain, specific, and unhurried. We do not perform enthusiasm and we do not hide behind jargon. The tone flexes between contexts — warmer in a proposal, tighter in a report — but the character never changes.

Words That Define Our Voice

Clear

Plain English over industry vocabulary. If a client would have to look it up, rewrite it.

Consultative

We advise, we do not sell. The recommendation comes with the reasoning behind it.

Transparent

We show the numbers, including the ones that did not work, and what we are changing.

Grounded

Claims are sized to what we can actually prove. No superlatives without a number behind them.

Personal

We write as people with names, not as "the agency." First person, direct address.

Steady

Confident without urgency theater. We never manufacture pressure to force a decision.

Say This, Not That

✕ Not this

“We'll supercharge your business with cutting-edge digital solutions!”

✓ This

“We rebuild the site, fix what search engines are missing, and put paid spend behind the pages that convert.”

✕ Not this

“Our team of rockstar marketers will crush your competition!”

✓ This

“You get a named strategist who knows your account, your market, and your numbers.”

✕ Not this

“Get ready to dominate with our game-changing strategies!”

✓ This

“Here's what we'd do first, what it costs, and what we'd expect to see by month three.”

✕ Not this

“We're passionate about helping you succeed!”

✓ This

“You own 100% of the data and analytics we collect. If you leave, it leaves with you.”

✕ Not this

“Reach out today and let's chat about your goals!”

✓ This

“Schedule a strategy call. We'll review your current setup and tell you what we'd change.”

✕ Not this

“Leverage synergistic omnichannel touchpoints.”

✓ This

“Run the same message across search, ads, and the site so it compounds instead of competing.”

Audience

Ideal Client

Every brand decision — the words we choose and the visuals we use — should be made with our ideal client in mind. Knowing exactly who we serve is what lets our messaging land with the right owner and quietly repel the wrong fit.

Ideal Client Profile

An established business owner or marketing lead at a company doing $1M–$20M in revenue, in a considered-purchase category — medical, legal, construction, home services, retail, or e-commerce. They have already tried a vendor or two. They are not looking for the cheapest option; they are looking for someone who will actually own the outcome, explain it in language they understand, and still be there in eighteen months. They value being known over being managed.

8

Core industries we serve

100%

Of the data and analytics stays theirs

Before Working With Us

  • No clear picture of which marketing spend is actually producing revenue
  • A website that looks acceptable but converts poorly and loads slowly
  • Passed between junior account managers who rotate every few months
  • Reports full of impressions and rankings, empty of leads and revenue
  • Search visibility quietly eroding while competitors climb
  • Marketing decisions made on instinct because the data is not trustworthy

After Working With Us

  • A single dashboard that ties spend to leads to closed revenue
  • A site built to convert, maintained, and fast on every device
  • One senior strategist who knows the business and stays on the account
  • Monthly reporting in plain English, with a clear next move
  • Search and paid working together instead of duplicating each other
  • Full ownership of every analytics property, ad account, and asset

Primary Goals

  • Know exactly what every marketing dollar is returning
  • Grow qualified inbound demand without adding headcount
  • Work with one accountable partner instead of four disconnected vendors
  • Get off the referral treadmill with a repeatable acquisition channel
  • Have a website they are not quietly embarrassed by

What They've Tried

  • A large agency where they were one of two hundred accounts
  • A freelancer or cousin who built the site and then went quiet
  • DIY Google Ads with no conversion tracking configured
  • A cheap SEO retainer that produced reports and nothing else
  • Hiring in-house, then discovering one person cannot cover web, SEO, and paid

Core Objections We Must Address

“I've been burned by an agency before.”

“How do I know this will actually produce revenue and not just traffic?”

“SEO takes too long — I need leads this quarter.”

“What happens to my accounts and data if we part ways?”

“I don't have time to manage another vendor relationship.”

“Why are you more expensive than the last agency I used?”

Messaging

Core Messaging

Our messaging framework keeps every piece of content saying the same thing in the same way. These are the approved statements — use them as written, or write to their meaning.

Brand Positioning Statement

Elevated Audience is a full-service digital marketing partner for established businesses that want senior attention and honest numbers. We build, target, and convert the audience that actually buys — through website design, SEO, and paid search — and we report on it in language the owner can act on. We are not a volume agency. We are the partner that stays.

Mission Statement

To give business owners a marketing partner they can finally stop worrying about — with clear strategy, honest reporting, and full ownership of everything we build together.

The Ownership Commitment

You own 100% of the data, analytics, ad accounts, and assets we create. Nothing is held hostage. If the relationship ends, everything we built goes with you — because a partner who has to lock you in was never a partner.

Approved Taglines

Primary

Build, Target, Convert.

Primary

Customized strategies to build, target, and convert your ideal audience.

Secondary

A marketing partner, not an account number.

Secondary

Marketing you can actually read.

Three Uniques

01

Senior Attention, Every Account

Small by design. Every client gets a named strategist who knows their business, their market, and their numbers — and who is still there next year.

02

You Own Everything

Every analytics property, ad account, page, and asset is yours from day one. Full transparency, no lock-in, nothing held back as leverage.

03

Three Channels, One Strategy

Website, SEO, and paid search built as one system so each channel compounds the others — instead of three vendors optimizing past each other.

Build · Target · Convert

Step 01

Build

The foundation: a fast, conversion-focused website and clean, trustworthy tracking. Nothing above this layer works without it.

Step 02

Target

Get in front of the right audience through organic search and paid placement — the specific searches and segments that precede a purchase.

Step 03

Convert

Turn that attention into inquiries and revenue, then report on it monthly in plain English so the next decision is obvious.

Messaging

StoryBrand Framework

Our messaging follows the StoryBrand framework: the client is the hero, and Elevated Audience is the experienced guide. This keeps every piece of content client-centered, empathetic, and focused on the transformation rather than on us.

  1. 01

    The Hero

An established business owner or marketing lead who knows their company should be more visible than it is — and who is tired of guessing whether their marketing is working.

  2. 02

    The Problem

External: a slow, underperforming website and marketing spend with no clear attribution. Internal: the frustration of being handed off to junior staff and reports that answer the wrong question. Philosophical: a business that does good work deserves to be found by the people looking for it.

  3. 03

    The Guide

Elevated Audience — a senior-led partner that has built and run web, SEO, and paid programs across eight industries, and that hands over full ownership of everything it builds. Empathy plus proof, never posturing.

  4. 04

    The Plan

Step 1: Schedule a strategy call. Step 2: We audit the site, search visibility, and ad spend, and show you what we would change. Step 3: We build, target, and convert — and report every month in plain English.

  5. 05

    The Call to Action

Direct: Schedule Your Free Strategy Call. Transitional: request a marketing audit, read the case studies, or take the site performance check.

  6. 06

    Success

A website they are proud to send people to. A reliable stream of qualified inquiries. Clear attribution from spend to revenue. One strategist who knows the business. Complete ownership of every account and asset.

  7. 07

    Failure

Continuing to spend into a channel no one can measure. Losing ground in search to competitors who invested earlier. Rebuilding the site every three years because it was never built right. Repeating the same bad agency relationship with a new name on it.

Messaging

Calls to Action

Every piece of content needs one clear, intentional call to action. The primary CTA is the conversion driver. Transitional CTAs give people who are not ready a low-commitment way to stay in the conversation.

Primary CTA

Schedule Your Free Strategy Call

The main conversion action across the site, proposals, and campaigns. Use this exact wording — consistency is what makes it recognizable.

Transitional CTAs

Get a Free Marketing Audit

A review of the site, search visibility, and ad spend. The lowest-friction entry point for a cold audience.

See Our Work

Case studies and client results — builds trust before any conversation happens.

Check Your Site Performance

A self-serve speed and conversion check that produces a reason to talk.

Read the Blog

Educational content that establishes authority with people still in research mode.

CTA Principles

Be specific

"Schedule Your Free Strategy Call" beats "Contact Us" or "Learn More." The reader should know exactly what happens next.

Reduce friction

Say what the call involves and how long it takes. Never ask for information you do not need to have the first conversation.

Avoid hype

No "Transform Your Business Today" or "Start Your Journey." State the action plainly and let the value carry it.

Match the stage

Transitional CTAs for cold audiences. The primary CTA for warm and bottom-of-funnel. Never lead a cold visitor with a sales call.

Guardrails

Brand Don'ts

Protecting the brand means knowing what to avoid as clearly as what to do. These are firm — they protect the credibility, clarity, and authority of Elevated Audience.

No Hype Language

Avoid "crush," "dominate," "supercharge," "game-changing," "rockstar," "ninja," and exclamation points in body copy. Our clients are business owners evaluating a real investment. Hype reads as compensation for a thin offer.

Never: “We'll supercharge your growth with game-changing strategies!”

No Vague Claims

Never claim a result without the number or the context behind it. "We get results" is worth nothing. Name the client, the metric, and the timeframe — or say nothing.

Never: “We get amazing results for our clients.”

No Off-System Gradients

Gradients are part of this brand, but only the five approved ones. Do not invent new colour pairs, add a third stop, rotate the angle, or run a gradient behind body copy. Outside those five, use flat colour — an improvised gradient reads as a mistake precisely because the real ones are so consistent.

No Startup Aesthetics

Avoid heavy animation, glassmorphism, neon accents, and trend-chasing layouts. The design should feel established and credible. Our clients run real businesses, not seed-stage products.

No Jargon Walls

Do not hide behind acronyms and industry vocabulary. If a client would have to search a term to follow the sentence, rewrite the sentence. Clarity is a trust signal.

Never: “Leveraging programmatic omnichannel attribution synergies.”

No Guarantees We Cannot Keep

Never promise a specific ranking, lead volume, or revenue figure in a sales conversation. We commit to the work, the reporting, and the adjustments — not to outcomes outside our control.

Never: “We'll get you to #1 on Google in 90 days.”

No Unauthorized Logo Use

Do not recreate, recolor, or reconstruct the logo. Do not separate the arrow from the wordmark or typeset the name as a substitute. Always use the approved files in this guide.

No Off-Brand Fonts

Gilroy sets everything. It is a licensed typeface, so if you do not have the files, request them — do not substitute a free lookalike like Poppins or Montserrat. No decorative, script, or novelty typefaces in any brand material, internal decks included.

No Competitor Disparagement

We differentiate by describing what we do, not by naming or mocking other agencies. Criticize the pattern ("agencies that rotate junior staff"), never the company.
